Brody Oakley
President
Brody is an Oklahoma State University Graduate with a B.S. in Marketing and received an MBA from Southern Nazarene University. He has been tasked with a variety of positions throughout Arcosa Specialty Materials over the past 2 decades. This includes sales, marketing, operations, and management positions across multiple business units. He says “the best part of the job is working with a highly talented, motived group of individuals that come together as a team to service our customers.”
Brian Dowden
Vice President – Business Development & Sustainability
Brian has been a leader in the Lightweight Aggregate business for 15 years, with responsibilities as Plant Manager, Project Manager, Area Operations Manager, Operations Vice President, and now Vice President – Business Development & Sustainability. Based out of the Erwinville, LA facility, Brian leads 8 Lightweight Aggregate facilities across the country with a strong focus on employee safety, compliance and operational efficiency.
Randy Pryor
Vice President of Operations
Randy is a 1989 graduate from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He started his career in environmental consulting, joining the cement industry in 1997. He was operations manager at a cement manufacturing facility in Kansas and Michigan from 2005-2018. He joined Arcosa Specialty Materials in March 2018 as Director of Manufacturing with oversight responsibilities plant facilities in Oklahoma and Nevada.
Bill Wolfe
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Bill is a 1986 graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He began his career in project engineering for a major manufacturer of gypsum based products. He has worked at various construction products manufacturers and has spent the last 30 years at various roles within the lightweight aggregate industry. He draws upon his experience in operations, sales and the technical aspects of the industries we serve.
